Returns Policy

If a product purchased online is not suitable for you, you may return it within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. Please make sure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible for return where an exception under applicable law applies.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and for the safe delivery of the returned package until it reaches us.

We recommend using a registered and trackable shipping service, so that you have proof of shipment and delivery if needed.

Refunds for returned products will be issued in accordance with applicable law once the product has been received by us or proof that it has been shipped has been provided.
